Please return shipment via track & trace service. The return of the delivered order is entirely at the expense and risk of the buyer.

Clearly state your full address on the package as the sender when returning your package. If we do not receive this correctly, we cannot process your cancellation.

Please keep the proof of return for fast processing. As soon as you can show us the proof of return or have provided us with the barcode, we will adjust or cancel according to the order.
